On April 21 Google announced it had now added a website’s mobile ‘friendliness’ to its ranking algorithm. The web world promptly exploded in panic despite the tea leaves having pointed to these changes since the ‘mobile friendly’ tagging of search results last year.

The Direct Marketing Association recently found that email marketing has a ROI of 4300% while Monetate’s Ecommerce Quarterly also showed that email drove more conversions than other marketing channels, including search and social.

December 2013 saw the launch of a new Brown Brothers Engineers Australia website. October 2014 sees the turn of New Zealand parent company Brown Brothers Engineers.
